Staff was friendly and helpful. But we had booked a king bed and got a queen instead. The room’s interior looked like they had given us one that was in the process of renovation-the bathroom sink was not flush with the wall, coffee table and end tables had edging gouged and a long strip off the edge. Nickel sized burn on the comforter. Walls needing a paint job. The price was good and the beds comfortable so we rested well

It was a good location and staff was helpful/pleasant. Unfortunately the room was in the lower level which felt like staying in a dark basement room and it was damp even with AC adjustments Probably would not stay there again but it was a good location and a good price

We've stayed here twice before. It has the basics with no thrills, as we don't need a pool or special features. Beds were comfortable and rooms have a fridge. So much cheaper than the fancy hotels.

This hotel clearly caters to local construction workers who need nightly or weekly stays. It's not for families looking for a fun place to stay. It's not for couples looking for a romantic, fancy, mid to upper scale accomadations. It's an inexpensive utility hotel. I clean, friendly, convenient place to lay your head down for the night, then head to Perkins for breakfast.

First, The staff is absolutely great! The lobby is beautiful and that is deceiving. The room was filthy. There were holes in the walls. The sheets had burn marks in them. We received a hand towel with oil stains on it. The curtains had stains on them and the floors were dirty with hair and dirt. The only chair in the room was absolutely filthy. The parking lot was loaded with cigarette butts and trash. The grass was unkept with junk in the yard. In the bathroom was a pest control device that worked because there were dead bugs in the bathtub.

Bed was comfortable and newer. Hallways were clean. Staff was kind after working out dog policy. They say dog is free but they want to charge 10 a night at property. Room was a bit rundown. Dirty walls, holes, no pictures. In need of wall repairs and a quick paint job and better in the cleaning. I would stay for a nights sleep.
