Check in was easy, staff was professional and friendly. We LOVED the large room with a double set of bunk beds. It made traveling with 3 children easier and they were happy to share in a room all by themselves while the adults had their own space. The room also had a table for eating which was a plus. The breakfast was what you'd expect from a hotel but was great for our needs. I would definitely recommend.

Felt safe, loved the pool, jacuzzi, and breakfast! Was on the 3rd floor! Had an elevator! And the check clerk was wonderful!! All the staff I came across was wonderful! Will definitely stay again in future!

The rooms were very clean but the beds were pretty hard. Amenities in the room were average but the tv was pretty small and the volume was pretty quiet. The pool area had a slide and a hot tub which was nice. The front desk rarely had someone there so you found yourself waiting for help quite a bit for pool towels and check-in/out. All things considered we would definitely stay here again, our family had fun!

I appreciated that the front desk staff was very polite, helpful and accommodating. Hotel staff was not harassing as most hotels in the area are. Even allowed us to use the lobby's large screen TV to watch the basketball game Saturday evening. While the kids played board games they checked out from the front desk. Only complaint we had as a family is our main TV in the hotel room suite was small and outdated. However it looks like they are doing renovations and perhaps the tvs are due to be replaced.
