I didnt like the breakfast buffet, the food was not good and it was overpriced. Aside from that really enjoyed the stay.

The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

Stayed only one night, but for the price, this hotel gets the job done and is well maintained. I didn’t interact with any staff, other than the virtual teller during the check in process, but there were no issues with cleanliness or safety. Would stay again.

Our stay at Caesars Palace was disappointing, mainly because of the poor customer service at the front desk. From arrival to checkout, the front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. We asked about early check-in and were barely acknowledged. Even after paying for an upgraded suite and early check-in, we were given a room overlooking the parking lot and a rundown building. At checkout, there was confusion about valet charges, and when I asked the front desk for clarification, I was met with attitude instead of help. The room itself was also underwhelming for a suite, with no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee for the Keurig, and the shower never got hotter than lukewarm. The only bright spot was the valet and bell staff, who were friendly and professional. After many years of visiting Las Vegas, this was one of our least hospitable hotel experiences, and we will not be returning to Cesar’s Palace.
