Charged three times for parking - I didn’t even have a car, and for breakfast I didn’t have!!!
Check your final bill closely at Voco hotel in Sarasota. The female staff member charged my room for parking 3 separate times, despite the fact that I did not travel with a vehicle. She also mistakenly (or carelessly) charged my room for a breakfast that I did not have.
Please review your billing accuracy and train staff to verify room numbers properly before applying charges

Roundtrip non-stop flight included
St. Louis (STL) to Tampa (TPA)
Perfect location for a beach getaway. Beach-facing rooms have a fantastic view!
Pros:
Super-friendly staff.
Complimentary beach shader and 2 loungers on the sand
Food-service provided for hotel guests on the beach
Housekeeping was very proactive about refreshing your room or amenities
Cons:
$40 daily parking fee with valet as the only option. I get it but this was in September (off season). Why is this not included in the resort fee already being charged?
