Good hotel just not the best location

Absolutely fantastic management .I have a very special situation where i have to cancel my stay 2 days before scheduled stay due to a death in my family .They fully understood the situation and still honor my refund -they absolutely didn't have to do that .Spyros was absolutely great and help me on every possible way .

Immaculately presented and wonderful staff, especially George from reception who made it his personal goal to solve a technical issue for me which was above and way beyond anything I have ever experienced from any hotel staff anywhere in the world. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is also in an excellent location in Athens

Breakfast every morning was delicious. Eggs, bacon, assorted pastries, fruit, cheeses, cold cuts, and yogurt to name a few. Staff at the desk and at the rooftop garden area were polite and cheerful. Rooms, although small, were comfortable and clean. Located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the market. Would stay again. Only wish was a pool to go and cool off in at the end of a long hot Athenian day.
