The location is in the inner city and is great to visit Falun, or do some shopping. The room was small but very clean, the shower was great. The breakfast is very good, various and generous. The ladies were nice and helpful.

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are spacious, but not in good condition. The bed and mattress are old and very uncomfortable, and the rooms are very noisy. The breakfast is very different from what is shown in the photos. I think there are much better accommodation options in Falun for the same price.

Nice big room. The hotel is in a great location so it’s only a short walk from the centre of town. We were lucky and there was parking right outside when we arrived. My tip about the parking - when you arrive at the hotel they will provide you with the code that you should use in the parking app. This will then allow you to park locally and be charged at the hotel’s discounted rate. (Being British and still getting my head around the Swedish parking apps, I had misunderstood the email about parking to be that I would receive a discount code to be applied in the app.)
