This is such a cute Cape Cod hotel. Nick at the front desk was very informative on the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and places to eat in the area. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel name is misleading (not located on town square), but still an easy walk to Main St. restaurants, bars, and shops. Also close to shuttle bus terminal to Woods Hole ferry landing (service to Martha’s Vineyard). Clean. Ample parking. No breakfast service, but restaurant next door is convenient and good.

We enjoyed having a glass of wine by the fire pit in the courtyard area, and the adjoining restaurant for breakfast. Our primary interest was proximity to the Shining Sea Bikeway which was just a block away. Easy stroll to the downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. We did not use the indoor pool as it was crowded with families which wasn’t our vibe but they were obviously having a great time on a rainy night. Free parking a plus. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed the outdoor lounge area and indoor pool very much. Clean, comfortable bedding and a small fridge. Across the street from a great coffee shop and walking distance to the center of town perfect.

We stayed at Inn on the Square for one night. The hotel is clean and the room was very comfortable, big and pretty. The receptionist, Tatiana was friendly and nice. It is a five minute walk to downtown where there are several restaurants. We had an excellent dinner at Quarterback. The hotel does not serve breakfast but you can access Percy's Place from the lobby. We did and the breakfast was very good! The hotel is close to the Palmer Avenue parking lot where we caught the shuttle for the ferry to MV.

Beautiful hotel seemed like newly renovated. Very spacious and clean rooms, polite staff. There is a restaurant next to the hotel that serves spectacular breakfast and lunch. Also coffee shop is across the street as well as little galary and bike rentals.

I booked the room same day. It was perfect! Very clean and beds were super comfortable. The girls at the desk weee very friendly and accommodating. They recommend some great restaurants to dine at and also suggested the perfect beaches to go to. You will be within walking distance to Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. It is a perfect location!

Cute, quaint inn. The place was attractive and clean, The staff was helpful, and the attached restaurant was reasonable and tasty. This inn is not far from the Steamship authority shuttle which takes you to the ferry, and also not far from "downtown" Falmouth, which is also very cute and charming with great stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome in every way for our family of 5 and a perfect location as a home base to explore Falmouth, Wood Hole, and beyond -especially convenience to the ferry to MV. My only suggestion is to add a water and coffee station -that would’ve made this place 100% perfect.

The staff was very cordial and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and loved the pillows and bedding. The hotel was conveniently located to many shops and restaurant's and that included a bike shop to rent bikes. The bike path was also right next to hotel . We only stayed one short night but enjoyed our stay .
