Everything about our stay was fabulous. The suite was well situated with a great view of the ocean. It was nice having 2 bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was great although it was off season. Will definitely try to stay again.

This property was extraordinary. My late check-in was seamless, and my room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff (my apologies, I forgot the front desk staff's names) were friendly, helpful, and professional. I had one minor maintenance issue that Joe resolved promptly and courteously. My room was directly across from the water, so I had a great view from my room and balcony. Having a kitchen made me feel right at home. My local friends, etc., were extremely impressed by the property layout, location, and price. Downtown was within walking distance (about a mile), and the beach was nearby. I will definitely plan a return visit here, but it would be hard to top my last stay.

This place is adorable. Very comfortable, clean, cozy and located right across from the beach. Unfortunately they were doing construction in beach parking lot but still enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely rent there again.

I grew up on the Cape and stayed here to attend a reunion. I loved it was centrally located and all the feels of the Cape culture. The staff was amazingly accommodating and friendly. The rooms were perfect for my vacation and added to the ease and comfort of visiting home again.

Loved the stay. Has everything you need in the perfectly equipped kitchenette. Clean and quiet. Beach across the street is super convenient and relaxing. The only thing was the bed in unit 8 was too soft for us but would definitely stay again. Great restaurants and shops nearby.

The hotel was small but really nice with all the necessities for a stay. I loved that we literally walked across the street to hit the beach. The pool is small and my kids (13 & 15) were really bummed they weren’t allowed to sit in the hot tub.

Great location - right across the street from the beach (no fee to enter), terrific pool and hot tub - all fenced in and you need a code to enter (no walk-ins). Premises was clean, beautiful rooms with updated kitchen, two bathrooms, sleeper couch and a private king size bedroom. Walk into town (Main Street), less than a mile (or bike in). Great Cape Cod experience!

We stayed in the 2-bedroom condo and it was lovely! Just the right amount of space for a family of 4. The condo was very clean and spacious. Property was conveniently located right across the road from the beach. My only complaint would be that perhaps the mattress (or mattress pad) could be replaced as it was a little dipped down in the middle)... but otherwise, loved this property!

A great find!

Absolutely loved my stay. I have stayed in several places in Falmouth, this one has been the cleanest by far. Even though the weather wasn't the best, this location was perfect. Access to the beach and pool were great options. Because I stayed during race weekend, I had an awesome viewing spot to watch and support all of my friends running. My unit had all the necessary amenities needed for a stay that made me feel right at home.

Second time we have stayed there. Will go back again. So clean. Spacious apartment style room with Kitchenette. Across the street from the beach and easy walk to the town with shops and restaurants. Short drive to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Beautiful pool with lots of chairs. Wading pool for toddlers and a large jacuzzi. Nice fire pi too!
