As a family of 6, we love Home2 Suites! We stay with them almost everywhere we go. This location was just as nice as all the rest. Breakfast is great. The rooms are always clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They were never annoyed at my kids asking them to refill the hot water for their afternoon hot chocolate. Just a note, the entire block is under construction, so the nearest Metro stop is currently a 15 minute walk one-way.

Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast, convenient parking. Room was spacious and kitchenette was well equipped. Only negative was housekeeping didn’t come (supposed to be every other day) so we had to call for towels but not a huge deal. Very close to metro station, so easy to get into DC.

Excellent stay. Chose Home 2 because I was having surgery at Sibley Memorial Hospital and wanted a week's recovery close by. We had a very large accessible room with a kitchen and an accessible bathroom. We were able to receive packages, which was very helpful. One piece of advice - if you are going to receive packages, be sure to note that the reception is on the second floor. I couldn't eat the breakfast, but my husband did and he really enjoyed it. Also appreciated the parking lot only about a block from the hotel and the $12.75/day charge felt like a bargain for the DC area. Highly recommend and would stay again. Felt like it was value for the price we paid. Only complaint, we could hear people walking in the apartment above us. If you are a light sleeper this might not be the place for you. It was fine for us.

The property is about a year old, and so is the surrounding area, so it's very clean. The staff does a good job of keeping it that way, and the facilities, especially the laundry, were very convenient because it allowed us to pack light for the week-long trip

New building. Good location. Breakfast was very poor. Lacked variety of food. Some days no fresh fruit. No yogurt varieties. The eggs were from powder and tasted very watery. Sausages were tasteless and greasy. Bagels were old and stale as well as bread. . Toasting bread and bagels took three cycles to get toasted. Overall this is the worse buffet breakfast in any 3 star hotel. Limited eating places for meal for lunch and dinner. But can order for delivery. This chain needs to compare with other chains to at least be comparable. So overall a 3 star rating . Solve the breakfast and become a 4 or 5 star.

There was one staff member I didn’t have a very good encounter with, but everything else was great!! All the rest of the staff were great. The only thing weird is that house keeping comes early in the morning. We had to ask them to come back later when they came at 8:30am a couple of times.

Just a very noisy hotel. People slammed doors everytime they went in or out and people above us were slamming on the floor/our ceiling late into the night that we actually had to call down and switch rooms due to needing to get some sleep. Daughter had a big test in morning and we were still awake at 1 a.m. Other than not getting much sleep due to being able to hear everything in rooms beside you, across from you and above you this was a very clean and well maintained hotel. Just a shame not noise proof so you can actually get some rest. Breakfast was awesome and all staff were fantastic.
