Staff were excellent, family like. The care that's taken for the cleanliness of the rooms is top notch, and the property is very clean and kept up. Some of the appliances are a little on the older side but still work fine. Beds are very nice and comfortable

It was a nice and affordable stay. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. They don’t have a pool or jacuzzi, but the rooms are nice and comfortable. My only issue is that I was going to extend my stay, and they wanted $149 for one night, so I had to decline. I know weekend prices are higher, but that’s high for Fallbrook area at a budget place. I’ve stayed at a super nice best western in Miramar with a full, amazing breakfast on a weekend for $110, so that price was surprising but it was a good stay and she was very kind and accommodating

Outdated room. Property is old and needs improvements. Room was ok but furnishings were very old and floor felt uneven. I stepped on some areas and felt as if floor would sink in. Felt it through very old carpet. Bedding and comforter old, you could feel the roughness of the comforter. Very old and worn out. Very noisy throughout. Ice machine was directly across room and you could hear people using it throughout night. Difficult to sleep with all the noise. Only positive thing was the location. Was well situated, close to shops and other places.

Comfy bed!

The room was extremely comfortable. they had a separate sitting area with a balcony with table and chairs. We were with family so we just needed a place to sleep and sleep we did! The bed was super comfortable. The only reason for the 4 stars was the door to the balcony wouldn't lock, but otherwise everything was great, will definitely stay there again.

Property/rooms were very dated. A/C worked fine but very noisy because it was an old style wall unit. Room was a suite so we were able to spread out a little. Property had an excellent location for Fallbrook eating and shopping.

The room was huge and clean, bed was comfortable. The downside of the hotel are the long term residents that smoke pot and have crying babies and make some noise at night. The walls are thin. It wasn't awful. It's a decent mediocre hotel. From what I can tell, the other low budget hotels in the neighborhood are much worse.

The Lady who checked us in was very nice. the room was ok. nice size. the one couch was stained and dirty. the carpet was old and dirty. Noisy at night. hard to sleep. it smelled like smoke in the hallway. The price for one night was expensive.

The bed sheets were stained and smelled dirty The pillows were decent The carpet was stained and dirty The walls were dirty and stained It smelled like mold and smoke There were bugs The remote was sticky The shower was filthy The couch was really really filthy I stayed in room 214 which had the ice machine right in front of the door. Really noisy Im sure there are many health code violations at this establishment. The staff was friendly.

Good stay

The check in went great. There is a cafe across the street and also a sandwich shop. There was coffee in the room, refrigerator and microwave. The little couch with a coffee table was nice and you could see the tv from both the bed and couch. The only thing was the bedspread had a caked on something it looked like it could be blood. Which I didn’t noticed until I got into bed. I couldn’t figure out how to work the temp control device. So I froze all night and couldn’t hardly get any sleep. The lot next store was a big empty field so we walked our dog there and we actually ran into a conservancy preserve. It had a lot of nice paths to walk. Our dog loved the walk. What a good way to kill time. One of the things that wasn’t so good they didn’t have any breakfast for the price we paid there should have been something. We may be back again.
