“Our stay at the Rafael Beach was very nice and very clean. The cleaning staff were very helpful. However, there was very minimal storage to put any clothing and you have to live out of your suitcases. On a 4 week holiday with two teenage girls this proved ti be very inconvenient. The air conditioning would drip significantly even set at 24 degrees resulting in a constant wet floor. Also for whatever reason we had 5 blackouts in our wing. “Es hat uns alles super gefallen. Das Personal war immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotelanlage wurde täglich gereinigt. Am Pool waren immer genügend Liegen verfügbar. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Der einzige Kritikpunkt: nicht mehr benötigte Bohrlöcher in den Wänden könnten mal zugeschmiert werden aber es hat uns nichr weiter gestört. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! ”
