“They never cleaned my room once and I was there for 7 days....I had to go ask for toilet paper and towels........some staff were nice others rather curt....I found the food awful only ate there 3 times that was enough for me did not like the fact you had to go up to the bar order food pay for before I sat down...........Now I have left a necklace there by mistake I have phoned my cousin in the same town and asked her to check with them in room 108 we will see if it has been had back to the...

“The room was clean and bed comfortable. Nice decor in the room.
Evening meal food was excellent. Breakfast was disappointing, not cooked to the same standard of the evening food.
Dog friendly. Huge carpark. Fabulous position with views over the bay.
Just be aware its a mile past the centre of Helensburgh and it's a lovely walk into town.”
