The staff were really friendly and the suite room was great for the price. If you are driving it is very convenient for Suisan area wineries and about 25 minutes to Napa. The room had a small kitchen area too.

The room was wonderful! We stayed in a two bedroom suite. It came with two bathrooms and bathtubs (which we loved.) they had a nice closet in each room and each room had a tv. The staff were super friendly and helpful! Honestly everything was wonderful. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the fact the pool water was cold and the hot tub out of order. Our family was looking forward to bringing the young kiddos swimming and the adults were also looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub.

Hotel stay was amazing! My family loved the pool area and breakfast was always good too. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. One thing that kept happening though, was that my key kept unsyncing to my door so I had to keep asking to replace it. Other than that my stay was great!

The room was clean and nice however they have a pull out couch but no blankets or sheets for it you have to ask for them and the blanket was very thin and small. Breakfast was good plenty of options. We did have an issue with a drunk lady at the pool but the staff was prompt in removing her which was nice. I would stay here again.

We rented a two bedroom suite with a kitchen and the refrigerator didn't work well and leaked. Breakfast was a joke on Saturday morning with overcooked hashbrown patties, hard boiled eggs with no scrambled. Waffle station was dirty, with no syrup. The juice machine didn't work, so they just put out pitchers of juice options and the pitchers were empty. Yogurt was in a big tub that you had to scoop out with a spoon, same with cream cheese and butter. Nobody wants to use things like that when you see kids down there sticking hands directly into things. The hot tub wasn't working. The pull out couch mattress was terrible and the front office didn't offer any type of mattress topper to put on it to help. That's the bad... now some good. The room was very nice overall, the beds were comfortable with real pillows, which was nice. The outdoor fire pit and barbeque area is a nice touch. I would stay there again, but would not plan to eat the breakfast.
