The hotel provides an excellent shuttle service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The hotel is located within easy driving distance of Six Flags, the ferry to San Francisco and many good local restaurants. The rooms were spacious with all of the amenities one could want. All areas of the hotel, rooms fitness center pool and hot tub were very well-maintained. We will be back.

The Hampton Inn was very clean and was a great location for my need. The only issue was I wanted to stay an extra day but i had to make a new reservation. I felt since I was already there,they would help me with the stay. Well its a loss for everyone.

The hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect for visiting Napa and Sonoma. The hot breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast area was always clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Rachelle. She was attentive, listened carefully to guests' needs, and provided exceptional customer service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place in Vallejo, California. We stayed there for the Winery Train ride in Napa Valley, which was nearby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the full breakfast each morning, along with the added amenities, was a nice touch. I will look for this hotel chain whenever Iā€™m visiting out of town.
