Hotel is nice and convenient if going to Six Flags. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The Bistro however was horrible. Not sure if this is a contracted service or what. They were out of everything and extremely rude. This was the only complaint. Ended up having breakfast away from hotel both mornings.

Everything was very clean, front desk guy was amazing with helping us even when the card scanner was down! The BEST temperature control, stayed super cool ALL NIGHT and the beds are VERY comfortable with great pillows. Had trouble connecting to the WIFI but the tv had Netflix and parking was very accessible and easy!

The room was great, comfy bed, clean and nice. The pool was nice, well maintained. The only issue was there was no hot water in the room, barely warm, and the bathroom door would not latch. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The room was excellent, the location was perfect, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. A special thank you to Jackie at the front desk for making our visit so enjoyable. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and was always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Thanks to Jackie and the entire team, our stay was truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Everything was great, from price , to the clean updated room , to the location of the hotel . The only problem was at check-in. when I arrive I give the check in attendant my name at 5:00 pm , her first words were “ We don’t have a room for you yet “. Mind you check in is @ 3pm my wife & I still grabbed lunch & killed some time till 5 pm . I told her we had an event close by scheduled at 6:30pm & we could not wait , so after she consulted with management and made a few calls she was able to give us the key to our room that we had reserved a week in advance . Other than that very safe & nice hotel .
