Right off the bat, they’re locked 24/7 so I had to communicate with the front desk through an intercom. The lady didn’t even greet us and she was very rude and was being very short with me and I was barely checking in… Also, I fell for the pictures on their page… This hotel was nothing like that. My room was very small, the shower looked like a jail shower, and our room heater kept failing in the middle of the night. I would have to reset it everytime. There’s no fan in the bathroom so it gets very humid with the slightest warm shower. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all and the pillows were very thin. I would wake up with neck/back pains every morning. They told us that they clean the rooms every other day but my room was never cleaned the whole week I stayed there. I had to keep asking for fresh towels and would have to throw my own trash out. There’s no gym and no complimentary breakfast. They have poor washer and dryers that you have to buy expensive coins for. Spend a little more money and stay at the Hilton or a better hotel.

送迎のシャトルが良かったです。 ただ、空港に到着してスーツケースをピックアップしたあと電話した時は何度掛けても繋がりませんでした。おそらく同じタイミングで空港に到着した他のお客さんが先に呼んでいたようです。空港のホテルシャトルの出入り口は1ヶ所なのでホテルの名前が呼ばれてすぐに気づくことができました。

Wow! I didn't see any photos of what it looks like when the parking lot is frozen and the temperatures were -40F. True Alaskan experience, and a nice place to base our tours out of. It was nice to be able to walk to the old town shopping and a few restaurants nearby. The BBQ place on the other side of the hotel building was AWESOME!

The room is much smaller than it seems, though its cleanly furnished and decent. There were not enough linens for 2 people - not enough pillows and towels. Staff were pleasant. Free parking was nice. I wish the front door wasn't locked all day. Not sure I would stay again at the price I paid but also not terrible.
