Nice modern hotel. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold varieties. Other amenities were an indoor pool, coffee in lobby, guest laundry available and fitness room. We had a pleasent stay with no complaints.

We came a week after Labor Day and Pioneer Park was closed. They were upgrading the lobby area and construction materials were everywhere. The breakfast was amazing every morning. Hotel was nice but in the middle of nowhere.

I stayed at this place for several days. One day they did not fix my room. I did not have clean towels or toiletries. The next day, they “ fix the bed” pull the covers half way. Did not pick up garbage. They did not replace toiletries or bathroom paper. The breakfast area and service was good. One afternoon front desk attendant was nice. The other one was mean and unpleasant.

A nice location, off busy roads. Undergoing renovation mid May 2025 when we stayed 3 nights. Very noisy window air unit made us complain the next morning, but they were very accommodating and gave us a different, upgraded room. Thank you. Staff seemed short, but all were very friendly.

The hotel was okay. The employees were all nice, and they were all hard workers, which leads me to believe maybe there aren’t enough employees. The rooms themselves were clean, the rest of the hotel was tidy but not necessarily clean, a lot of un-dusted, grubby surfaces. The pool area had not been cleaned in the span of 13 hour period, and it was not in a very clean state. The hotel is maybe going through a renovation, so the interior looks nothing like the pictures. You get the feeling being here that the owners are on the brink of the decision to either make some renovations/upgrade or let the hotel slip.

Renovation to lobby and main floor look to be repairing water damage, there was no real “check in desk” but nobody could explain. The breakfast was good. The Pool was in good condition. The hotel was in a convenient location to much of the activity we were doing. Staff were all relatively new. The shower head was bad and the air conditioning made a ticking noise that was annoying to sleep at.

Go to for a family over nighter

We frequently stay over night in Fairbanks when we have appointments. This hotel is one of our go-tos, as it has a small (usually warm) pool that always has life jackets and yoys available for our kids, decent breakfast with lots of options and is right in the middle of town with easy access to everything. Rooms are comfortable enough and staff is usually super helpful/enjoyable to chat with.
