Room was hot, air conditioner in room was broken. opened windows, but loud outside from street noise and bar across street, with smell of cigarettes flowing into room. Front desk tried to find another room, none available. We left and found another hotel with great A/C. Manager refused to refund room (even partially) and only provided 30% discount on a future stay. I do not recommend.

Very friendly and flexible staff - worked through resolving a change in number of guests quickly and reasonably. Great breakfasts!
