“If you enjoy a fabulous view, spotless room which is very atmospheric, A wonderful home-made breakfast provided by Susanna in a delightful dilapidated little village. This one is for you! A unique experience. Thank you. ☺️”

“Staff were really nice and helpful. The outside looks old and so does the entrance, however, the rooms are modern and extremely clean. There’s nothing missing! I would definitely come back! “Moderna e pulita, colazione grandiosa!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, tidy and updated, with a large bathroom and shower. The staff was very helpful over WhatsApp to make check-in and parking clear and easy to understand. The app used for unlocking the doors worked great. We ate at the restaurant two nights and had a really great time. Breakfast was perfect for us. Love the coffee and the tune espresso macchiato put on especially for us thanks for the stay and will be back again. ”

“Vielen Dank Hellenah für den herzlichen Empfang und die Tipps zum Abendessen und zu den möglichen Aktivitäten. Leider mussten wir auf Grund ein privaten Notfalls eher abreisen. Wir haben jetzt mitbekommen, dass uns das Geld erstattet wurde. So viel Herz und Mitgefühl❤️ danke- wir kommen wieder und führen unsere Reise fort.”

“Based on previous reviews, we must have been unlucky. We booked the hotel for a day trip to Gran Sasso, and we wanted a hotel with a swimming pool, a nice outdoor area, and a restaurant. We were therefore very disappointed to find the outdoor areas messy following a party or wedding.
