We regarded this hotel as having a very high standard for a budget hotel. We had been staying in 4 or 5 star hotels, but really there was nothing we wanted. Our room was spacious and clean. The central piazza in the town is will worth a visit. We only stayed one night but we wanted to visit Fabriano because this was where the New Zealand Division in 1944 replenised it's numbers with soldiers from the Pacific - including my wife's father.

Ottima posizione e qualità/prezzo

Buon hotel in posizione comoda per visitare Fabriano o i dintorni: ci sono alcuni posteggi riservati all'hotel, Fabriano si visita tranquillamente a piedi e Frasassi è facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Molto gentile il personale in reception, camera spaziosa e nel complesso ben tenuta. Da migliorare le finestre che arrivano fino a terra a cui andrebbe resa opaca la parte bassa perchè così costringono a tirare le tende per avere più privacy e non essere visti dalla strada. Migliorabile anche la gestione dell'aria condizionata: non siamo riusciti ad impostare una temperatura in modo che il condizionatore andasse in automatico quando necessario, o lo si teneva spento oppure andava comunque di continuo. Colazione sufficientemente varia.
