“This room was literally falling apart. The shower head was separated, and the previous tenant's empty toiletries had been left in the shower. The coffee pot had not been cleaned. We had to leave a day early, and there was no one at the hotel. Although we left the key and contacted the hotel through the app they never responded to us or Hotels.com and charged me anyway. Frankly, I was glad to be out of this place. The pictures are either old or very deceiving online because it is not as...

“The room was clean and spacious, on par with a studio apartment. It has parking in front of the building available. However, there is no front reception. You need to arrange your arrival in advance and they speak little English. There were no towels, and the kitchen area was empty-no plates, cups, silverware or pans. We were also unable to get WiFi as the information is not posted and our messages to the property went unanswered.”
