“Etwas unpersönlich, da Eingang nur mit Code. Echter Mensch beim Frühstück, was auch sehr gut war. Schönes Zimmer mit Mehrblick, kostenloser Parkplatz und Supermarkt vor der Tür. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Lediglich kein richtiger Klopapierhalter im Bad. Ansonsten alles top.”

“I booked this cottage through Expedia and received confirmation that my reservation was confirmed. I travelled around 300 miles from the south of England, while my elderly parents travelled from the north so we could meet there for a family break. On the day of arrival, I never received the promised key-safe information. After contacting Expedia, they were initially unable to locate my booking. I eventually obtained access details from a neighbour, only to discover that the property was occupied...

“The property was good, upside down property, set in a lovely harbour town. Locals friendly. Amazing ice cream shop. The attached fish and chip shop was very busy too. Parking was roadside, not guaranteed, opposite the property. We arrived at the end of the Herring Queen Festival, which was packed out. We struggled to even unload, but obviously that wasn't something we knew about prior to booking. After that had finished, parking wasn't really a problem. “All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had everything I needed, and it was lovely to have breakfast included. I would happily stay again.”

“Was not provided with the check-in information”

“Clean room , comfy bed friendly staff , good breakfast.”

“Excelente lugar para quedarse, super tranquilo, todo casero y local. Un lugar encantador.”

“El lugar muy agradable y el personal mucho mejor. Regresaríamos ahí y seguro lo recomendamos. La habitación es grande pero solo sin literas así que solo es para dormir y no para estar en la habitación ya que es cómoda solo para dormir. ”

“I was in Rm 4, a small twin with ensuite. The window opened (hood) but unfortunately, right onto the alley where the cooking fan vented. It was quite loud but did stop before bedtime. Breakfast was surprisingly included and very tasty. Did not have dinner as there was nothing small that I wanted to eat. I was later told by a customer that you could order half portions of the main menu items. I didn’t realize this and would have done so. Good drafts on tap, staff were friendly but the room...

“We had a very comfortable stay at the wheatsheaf in Swindon, staff were friendly and welcoming, a bar that was open for drinks and places to sit and relax. Our room was comfortable although window wouldn’t stay open to let in fresh air as it was a warm day outside. Our even meal was delicious with a good choice of menu. Breakfast was also good and the service was swift. a great start to our day. All in all an enjoyable stay would revisit this hotel again in the future.”

“Such a lovely quiet area , the garden area on good day is great to sit out in , breakfast is really good too”
