O chão do quarto estava mal limpo com sujeirinha e cabelos longos (o meu é ultra curto ) . Como o hotel é novo , poderiam avisar de algumas carências ainda não realizadas : ducha ao sair da praia ,na piscina, tv péssima de canal e internet sofrível . Para quem trabalha on-line é um problema . Não há serviço de bar nem cadeiras na praia . NOTA 1000 para a gastronomia e funcionários . Toda a comida é excelente e bem apresentada . FUNCIONÁRIOS ainda treinando mas de uma delicadeza impressionante ! Nota ZERO para mensagem que enviam na noite anterior a sua partida , solicitando fazer pagamento e a seu check out às 11:00 , quando o combinado é 12:00.

Estadia muito proveitosa na modalidade de meia pensão, onde fiquei com minha família e amigos no final de semana. De pontos positivos destaco: a proximidade a Natal e ao aeroporto, a qualidade de buffet de café da manhã e jantar, piscinas amplas, sauna, serviço de entreternimento infantil e staff do hotel. Quartos novos, confortáveis e bem equipados. Hotel a beira mar. O que pode melhorar é o serviço de atendimento de bar nas piscinas.

O café da manhã maravilhoso. A equipe do hotel muito receptivos, todos. Porém deixo um ponto de atenção e melhorias: A cama de casal, achei pequena, o sofá cama o colchão é duro. Seria interessante ter um fotógrafo para tirar fotos dos hóspedes, já fui em alguns resorts e por ter imagens bonitas, como é o caso do hotel, muitos hóspedes podem querer contratar o serviço.

Boa academia e excelentes piscinas, mas a praia tem muitas pedras Quartos não possuem opção de cama de solteiro, apenas sofá Ponto negativo é a equipe de vendedores que fica no local importunando e tentando convencer os hóspedes a comprar um título da propriedade.

A equipe ainda está se familiarizando com o hotel, pois acabou de abrir, mas compensa sendo extremamente educada, atenciosa e solicita. Estão começando muito bem! Só senti falta do chuveiro na área da piscina, iluminação a noite, decoração alusiva a réveillon e música na área de lazer, já que a hospedagem aconteceu da passagem do dia 31/25 p/ 1/26 mas o hotel havia sido inaugurado no dia 29/12 então foi compreensível que ainda não esteja tudo pronto, mas no demais só tenho a agradecer por tudo e com certeza voltarei ❤️
