Another fantastic stay! I highly recommend this place! The staff is friendly, the amenities are wonderful! The only bad thing was the tv in the room did not work properly and kept freezing but we were never in the room so did not report it.

A única coisa que deixou a desejar é que se voce quiser assistir um filme no seu quarto em quanto relaxa, os quartos não disponibilizam de canais de streaming, e o cloro da piscina estava muito forte o cheiro de cloro estava ardendo os olhos.

O hotel vende uma exclusividade e nível de serviço que acaba não entregando. Tem instalações muito bonitas (piscinas e jardins), contudo pelo preço cobrado poderia ter uma qualidade melhor. O banheiro do quarto é bem pequeno, não disponibilizam uma máquina de café no quarto, o café da manhã é bem básico. Na mesma faixa de preço encontramos hotéis que entregam acomodações e serviços melhores. Tive cobranças adicionais no fechamento da conta, situação que se não tivesse observado teria pago um valor maior.

Piscina água fria e spa e sauna externos show, spa com piscinas e jacuzzi quentinhas , duchas e saunas maravilhosas, todas instalações do hotel e spa maravilhosas e extremamente organizadas e limpas. Uma surpresa luxuosa no caminho para Tiradentes! ​Estávamos vindo de Curitiba rumo a Tiradentes e precisávamos de um lugar para descansar. Encontramos o Villa Lobos pelo Google e que surpresa maravilhosa! Fomos recebidos com uma taça de champanhe, o que já ditou o tom da estadia. ​O hotel une perfeitamente o rústico ao sofisticado, com obras de arte espalhadas por todo lado e um spa de tirar o fôlego. O ponto alto foi o jantar à beira da piscina, acompanhado por um piano impecável. O atendimento é de primeira, todos do staff muito educados. Com certeza voltaremos com mais tempo!
