ótimo hotel , com uma pegada muito bacana para ir em casal , as piscinas de água quente é o ponto alto do hotel , uma unica observação seria a ducha do banheiro que não é tão boa e a cuba do banheiro q é muito pequena , mais nada que atrapalhasse nossa ótima experiencia

A hotel é muito bom. O spa é incrível. Valeu a pena cada minuto da estadia. Os valores praticados no restaurante não são abusivos o que já é um ponto positivo. Única ressalva que vejo como oportunidade de melhoria. O colchão do meu quarto estava afundando causando desconforto para dormir.

O hotel é excelente, a equipe de atendimento é fantástica e as piscinas são um sonho. Só a parte de alimentação deixa a desejar. Achei o café da manhã com poucas opções, o self service no almoço também com poucas opções e comida morna. O jantar a la carte foi o que salvou. A sobremesa quatro estações é maravilhosa. Eu voltaria pelas piscinas e o jantar a la carte, mas não pelo café da manhã e almoço. Destaque para a equipe: são excelente.

Segunda vez no hotel, e a experiência foi ainda mais incrivel, agora tendo o SPA. O que já era excelente, ficou ainda melhor. Sem duvida, uma opcao excelente pra quem é de SP, e quer relaxar, comer bem, e descansar a um preco justo. Indico e voltarei muitas vezes

Decepção total: hotel perdeu o DNA

O hotel já foi bem melhor. Já havia me hospedado por 3 vezes anteriormente, mas essa experiência foi lamentaveI. Ao menos o gerente estornou a última estadia para que pudéssemos fazer nosso checkout antecipado. Quando chegamos e fomos acessar o SPA porque o quarto não estava disponível, a atendente, ao nos dar toalhas, disse que retiraria as que seriam disponibilizadas no quarto já que estávamos pegando na recepção. Realmente tem tanta necessidade de nos comunicar isso? Como se não fôssemos precisar de toalhas secas na manhã seguinte. As piscinas do SPA estavam FRIAS, o que foi uma grande decepçã0. No segundo dia estavam mornas para frias, mas nada comparado ao que costuma ser (confortável). Tiraram as máquinas de café dos quartos e da recepção, onde costumavam servir. Meu roupão estava com o cordão encardido e não havia o tamanho GG para uso do meu marido como costumava ter. A ventoinha do banheiro também estava encardida como nunca. Ficamos até com pena das equipes de manutenção (incluindo o gentil gerente) que passaram dia e noite tentando fazer reparos sem êxito. Ah, pasmem: ACABOU A LUZ (!!!) no dia 24 a noite na área do SPA. Foi a gota d’água pra nós. Decidimos ir embora nesse momento. Honestamente, preferia pagar por uma estadia mais cara, como pagamos antes, e sermos bem atendidos do que pagar um valor promocional e passar por essa decepção. O hotel perdeu totalmente o DNA. A consultoria que disseram ter contratado não deve estar ajudando muito.
