They led with compassion, kindness and sincerity that you do not find in many places anymore in this country as well as world. I have nothing but respect and admiration for Joe and his team. To anyone coming to West Chester/Exton/Downingtown, look no father then this place to stay at. You will NOT be disappointed or leave unsatisfied.

I had booked a twi-day stay but was not able to make it in for the first day. When I arrived the second day, I was told that the reservation had been cancelled, notwithstanding that I had paid in full for two days, and that they had no rooms available. Only after an argument with the clerk at the front desk and requesting to speak with a manager, she offered to call”the boss” and finally assigned us a room.
