We were able to check in earlier than expected, and the staff was very respectful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. The room was spotless upon arrival, and we had no issues during our visit. Even though we woke up too late for breakfast, we were still able to get coffee and chocolate milk before checking out, which we appreciated. The checkout process was quick and convenient, and parking was easy as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

Hotel was in a decent location, place was clean, staff was helpful. Only complaint was the showerhead in our room was very uncomfortable to use. Very strong sprays/water flow. Also, didn't like the room photos. Looked dark and deary. Otherwise, a decent hotel for vacation/outing. Drove from 10 hours away for stay here for several days near Philadelphia. Came to sight-see the East Coast and city, and to see Sight and Sound Theatre - Joshua. Very enjoyable events/places to see and recommend to all who come around Philadelphia/Lancaster, PA.
