Always clean and pet friendly. Staff is excellent. Stayed here multiple times and always enjoyed my stay. Can't say enough about the sweet lady that makes the continental breakfast always checking with guests to see if there's anything they need. She is definitely an asset to your hotel. Pros: the breakfast options are good and plentiful. Fitness center is decent. Cons: our room was not serviced when it should have been. We had to remove our trash, ran out of tissues, and were told “Sundays are hard because they are busy with so many checkouts”. They offered us chips from the snack bar but no other compensation for our rooms not being cleaned when they should have been. The pool was under construction also, when ordinarily this would have been “open season” for pool use.
