The room we were first allocated had a broken window latch, the second room was really cold. The young lady on reception was friendly and very helpful and quickly found us an upgraded room which was much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay in the new room.

We had a very pleasant overnight stay in a very nice room. Our only issue was the bathroom door was very badly warped and could only be closed if slammed. It then took a great deal of force to open it. If we had been staying for more than 1 night we would have asked to change rooms but decided to put up with it as we wouldn't be spending much time in the room. We only had dealings with the reception staff but all were very helpful and friendly.

We had a lovely stay in a comfortable and spacious room overlooking the estuary. Our room had a small table and two chairs as well as a side table for hot water kettle and tea and coffee fixings. There was plenty of room for two of us with a gorgeous view.
