We stayed in the studio room, which was lovely and felt very luxurious. It would have been good if the air conditioning had been explained as I'm not familiar with it and struggled the first night. The mattress topper rode up on one side causing some discomfort. Overrall though an enjoyable stay, friendly staff and close to everything. Thank you

Great stop over on our way to Cornwall.

Nicely located to walk to Exeter old quay and cathederal. Also within minutes of route into devon and cornwal an ideal stop over with a nice breakfast, to get you ready for the day. Would definitely use again was clean and tidy and comfortable, all the staff were friendly and helpful
