Generally good, the room was a little tired with threadbare parts of the carpet and scuffs against the walls. But, clean and otherwise adequate. My room was next to a ventilation shaft, which was quite noisy.

Hotel is fine. However, car parking is limited. We arrived, parked and paid for the parking. Went out later and could not park when we got back. Had to pay for parking elsewhere which knocked the gloss off.

The most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. The mattresses must have been decades old. The roll out bed provided for a child was so bad you would have been better off sleeping on the floor. Whole place is tired looking which is a shame as great location and nice old fashioned features. Please update and put in new beds!

The staff were super helpful. The room was clean and carefully prepared. It’s right opposite the station with shops and busies right there. Staff let me leave my suitcase after check out so I could have a final day exploring. Excellent 👌 service.

Was greeted with a warm welcome, staff were courteous and polite. Check-in was easy. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable with nice crisp sheets. Bathroom was modern and clean. Nice modern shower, (although it had to run for a long time before it got warm). Hairdryer and iron in room. Tea/coffee making facilities. All good. Very pleasant stay. On checking out reception staff kindly allowed me to leave my overnight bag whilst I explored the City.
