Receptionist was friendly and respectful. Our room was neat and clean the bed was comfortable the air conditioning worked well. Staff were very friendly and polite especially the breakfast crew. Breakfast was very good lots of choices. The location could not be better! Walking distance to all the museums churches and wonderful shopping and restaurants.

An amazing hotel. Originally a monastery and the design and decor is incredible. Rooms are set up in the original monastery cells, and you have to duck to get through the door! Right outside is a Roman ruin. Parking is right behind the hotel. It is friendly and clean and an absolutely fabulous location.
