Woah, walking into this hotel. I thought for awhile great hotels didn’t exist anymore, this one is beautiful, the staff was great, attentive, amenities amazing, great bar, great snack bar for the kiddos. Clean. The rooms a bit on the smaller side BUT people are visiting for a reason, to get out and be about.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly. The only negative was they missed cleaning our room when we requested a quick freshen up with new towels and beds to be made. But not enough to lower the 4-star ratings. The restaurant, although slow but the food was really good.

Great staff and location. They had a maintenance issue that caused them to have to shut off the water for the better part of our 2nd day.. was managed fairly well, but still odd for that to happen. Hotel was very clean and safe. Staff was amazing and always helpful. Location we stayed was for convenience to be near family visiting but limited late night food options. We originally booked different location but this place was able to get us a room last minute since previous locations was horrible. Rooms are very clean just like the rest of the hotel. Would stay here again when back visiting family.
