I like staying at this location because it’s convenient for us being right off the interstate. In our room (127) the bed closest to the window was very squeaky. Once before we stayed in that same room and told staff about the bed. Obviously they didn’t fix. Also no reg coffe in room and sticky substance on phone charger on night stand.

We stayed two nights and after the first night, I ask if they were going to clean our, I was assured it would be. We came back about noon nothing had been touched. So I ask again. I was told we were next. We left and came back about 8 pm. All they did was put new towels. I ask the lady at the desk. She said well that particular cleaning lady we have had trouble with. So she moved us to another room. Which was a nice gesture on her part. What is so hard about getting your room cleaned after paying such high prices to stay there?! I won’t be staying there anymore!
