The room wasn’t clean, the bathtub and toilet were dirty. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The woman working the breakfast area was rude and seemed incredibly unpleasant. The hotel hallways need the carpets cleaned, they smell terrible.

Helpful staff

We had a great stay. We were in town visiting family. The staff allowed us to use the breakfast area for a small bday party for our granddaughter. The staff was great!

I was impressed by how nice and clean it was. Also plenty of towels, which were great towels, nice lotion and soap. Also the bed was so comfortable i could barely leave it, and lots of pillows. I would rate everything as excellent and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great Getaway

We had a fabulous time. All the staff was very friendly. They gave great recommendations to accommodate our stay...and offered great suggestions to other accommodations to our event. The contiential breakfast was awesome. We highly enjoyed our time and look forward to returning. 5 stars all around.

This hotel is ok. If you need a quick clean stay for the night its perfect if your not spending much time in the hotel.Holiday Inn used to be a top of the line hotel and they have went down hill alot. Pool was small. Exhaust fan in my rooms bathroom didnt work. Small space. Temperature was hard to regulate. There was condensation built up over the door way of the bathrooom. On the positive side the staff was friendly check in and out was quick and easy. The breakfast was pretty good and it was quiet. I would stay again if i just needed a place to sleep so id say its average and i could've gotten the same elsewhere with a lower price tag.

Staff was great! Room hadn’t been vacuumed - food crumbs on floor. Staff took care of right away. Thermostat was off wall missing batteries. Staff took care of right away. Carpets were def stained, but overall it was fine.

Very friendly front desk person! NO one told us how to turn off the night light. Perhaps the main fault we noticed is how close the toilet is to the wall with the wall mounted tissue holder sticking out even more. As Americans are getting larger and larger it is almost impossible to maneuver sitting down on the commode. The commode is also too low to the floor.

The commode was so very low to the floor which made it difficult for an elderly person to get up and down. Also too close to the wall. The front desk clerk got a little defensive when I said I would not be getting any incidentals so I would not need to pay the $20 incidental fee. Other staff personnel were pleasant.
