We got to Quality Inn around 9pm, we rang the bell for over 5 minutes; finally the receptionist came out carrying her TV dinner! We would have left had we not reserved it through Expedia. Then we would've spent another hour dealing with moving hotels.
I brought 2 Frozen dinners, one for breakfast.
First room didn't have microwave, so we asked to use the breakfast area microwave, but they said our room should have one, and they would have to roll it out from the kitchen or move us to another room. So we moved. The fridge in this room had no freezer.
The heater element stayed on so we just turned the fan on all night, but woke up in the middle of the night freezing with it registering 50 degrees, so had to turn the heater back on.
Also noticed later the toilet seat was taped together, barely noticeable.
The coffee maker still had the old coffee pod in it from previous use.
There was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra roll, so my husband went to the front desk to get TP, and the guy asked, "do you really need it?" Husband said, "yes, I need it! We need to use the bathroom!" So the guy said "I'll have to ask house keeping when she gets here." Shawn said "you gotta be kidding!" He said "I don't know where it is." Husband said "I guess I'll go steal some from that bathroom by the lobby to take back to my wife in the room."
So after we ate a good breakfast sausage & eggs, husband went to use the lobby bathroom and they still hadn't replaced the tp.
