I get that the hotel was pet friendly, but there was dog food on the floor of our room. It also smelled like a wet dog when the air wasn’t on. Also there was construction going on and we didn’t know until we arrived. It was pretty loud in the AM a couple of days. The staff was friendly and the suite was spacious.

Would stay again!

The room had Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash for the shower! The kitchen had all the items…utensils, paper towels, toaster, and more! Friendly staff. Dogs were happy with the stay as well!

It's a good place to stay when I visit my daughter, who lives a little further north. The staff has always been very helpful and kind. The rooms have always been clean. I slept well and enjoyed spending time with (and away from) my grandchildren.

I love this Candlewood. I have stayed here several times and the rooms are large, clean, and has a nice kitchenette. Super comfy bed! Staff is always pleasant.

There were dead bugs on the hard floor. Hopefully not bed bugs. Coffee maker not cleaned, elevator could stand a cleaning, some staff seemed “unfriendly”. Outfitted with decent kitchenette.

Over all I was a bit disappointed with the term "long term stay hotel" and that it didn't provide an included breakfast. I don't remember seeing that description when I booked it and I'm pretty sure the cost would have been the same to stay at the Candlewood Suites a few minutes/miles away. The beds were very comfortable / ac system was wonderful / great quality tv / mini kitchen worked great I guess I'll have to call in advance to verify the amenities before booking online.

I was disappointed, upon checking in finding that the room wasn’t to the standard I had anticipated. I would not have sat down in the chair at the desk nor would I have washed anything in the dishwasher. The area underneath the sink and where the stove top is was filthy. There was the toilet that constantly ran with water. There were tiles missing in the bathroom. The overall cleanliness of the room was poured to mediocre. The overall property needs some serious attention. Upon arriving on my floor with the elevator doors opening I was greeted by a shopping cart for empty containers of cat litter and almost a dozen and a half of empty water bottles just sitting on the floor not to mention debris all over the carpets. Oh and the elevator filthy. I don’t know what the staff does all day.
