I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel, the staffs were exceptional, especially the front desk staff during our check in. Check in was smooth, I travelled with my family so you know how important it is to get the best place to stay for a family of 5. The breakfast was awesome, very clean rooms and the environment is serene, great place for a getaway and 7 minutes drive to the airport. Overall stay was excellent!

We had a great stay, the room was very clean and our morning breakfast was a delight. In addition we appreciate the use of the tables in the evening to enjoy our take out dinner. The staff were very accommodating.

Best Western that is near the highway and close to food options. The rooms are smaller, especially if you don't get a suite. The hotel is fairly updated but could use some maintenance attention. The prices were standard for Buffalo, NY and the breakfast was decent to be included with the room. The rooms are quiet and the beds/pillows were comfortable.

The free breakfast was good with a variety of options. Enough parking available. The room was clean but had a bit of an odd smell which we did not mind since ours was a short stay. The rooms could be made to smell fresher but otherwise the stay was ok with the room having enough space and amenities and location was near to restaurants nearby

Pretty good breakfast but not enough seating and at times you had to wait and come back later.. There is a full length mirror outside the bathroom and it would be great if there was a light fixture above. Lots of parking and plenty of eating places nearby.

The room was very clean and pleasant. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was tasty and had good options. Self made waffles, turkey sausage, pork bacon, eggs, toast (a variety), yogurt, fruit, cereal and a variety of beverages. The AC in the room was BOOMING! Had to lower it. O very happy with my stay. Close to a lot of shops and walking distance to a few restaurants, my favorite Cracker Barrel! About 20 minutes from SUNY Buffalo State University.
