The hotel is dated, but that doesn’t matter. The room was clean, the staff was fantastic and they’re pet friendly. If you need a pet friendly hotel in eureka springs look no further.

The breakfast was fresh, pretty good selection. All staff were very polite. My daughter and grandson liked the pool. Parking was very good. We loved the location of our room facing the woods. We got to watch squirrels, birds, an armadillo, and my husband saw 2 deer. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend Super 8 to my friends. Also it was in a convenient place accessible to all the attractions we went to.

We booked primarily for the pool and hot tub for spring break. The hot tub was closed with chairs and yellow tape around it. The pool was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. The property in general was dirty and deteriorating. We didn't expect new but clean and maintained. It's a big no for us.

The property is old, stinks. The pool is dirty and from the 3rd floor you can see how cloudy it is the hot tub is broken. Breakfast was horrible. Sausage patties tasted the worst ever. No lighting in breakfast area. I guess it was better if you didn’t see the food. Fresh fruit only small red apples. Bring spray to spray the room. Poor lighting in the room. Bed was ok. Stayed 3 nights and housekeeping can the first day only. Kitchen staff was very nice. Also front desk. But never saw housekeeping. But I have to say shower had great hot water.

Hot tub not working for the third time on one of our stays. We gave this one the old college try but it disappointed each time. Pool area is NOT HEATED and the pool water is barely heated. Swimming was impossible due to the swim area being 58 degrees according to the wall thermostat on the third floor. Staff is really friendly but that’s about the only plus here. Hotel is really in disrepair..
