Nice breakfast, but be prepared to go out in the weather to get to it, plus down a long stairway - its kind of in the basement of a building, but still a nice space. Tight/limited parking area; but safe, friendly environment overall. We stayed before the lovely-looking pool area was open for the season.

The exterior looked well maintained. Beautiful landscaping. There were Kids having a fun time swimming in the pool. Rooms are dark lighting wise and dated in my opinion and mine had a funny smell. If you face the road will hear all the traffic and semis driving by which is quite loud. My specific experience someone set their car alarm off really late followed by loud footsteps above on 3rd floor. Perhaps if you request a room on the backside away from the main road one could get sleep. I am a light sleeper so for me, not ideal.

I have never stayed in a hotel that made breakfast fresh and had its own gardener. The breakfast was delicious. I would love to see the grounds during blooming season. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location perfect. I would highly recommend.
