What a special little spot in Eureka Springs! You can walk to everything from the cottages. A delicious breakfast is delivered to your porch each morning. Clean and comfortable. We had a great time!

Absolutely wonderful place! Right in the heart of downtown so it’s just a walk down the stairs to get to whatever you need! The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was to die for!! We will be staying again!!

The suite was very cozy and felt like home. The breakfasts were delicious! The host was very kind and friendly and we were greeted warmly upon arrival. This is a perfect get away for adults or couples who appreciate luxury and relaxation.

The property was a delight to stay in, the housekeeper was friendly, courteous, and we had a nice, short conversation about gardening. We had arrived just before sunset, and were happy to find we could get dinner delivered quickly. A delicious, fresh breakfast was brought to our cozy porch in the morning.

Great location. Wonderful breakfasts delivered to your door. Comfortable room. Note that the road to this property goes in front of a very popular biker hangout so when we drove back to the property on a Friday night we had to make our way slowly through a crowd of reveled who spilled out over the road some waiting in line to use the portable bathroom.

We loved the the front porch so relaxing to just sit and watch the world go by!! We stayed 3 days but did not have a chance to meet the host. The breakfast was very good! We had early plans on day two so we had to skip breakfast and unfortunately the third morning breakfast was the same as day morning one. It was also good but just would have had something different.

What a Gem!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Zelda's Studio. Loved the assigned parking space right outside our door. Breakfast delivered to our door every morning was excellent as well. The bed was very comfortable, but after the first night, we did turn off the dehumidifier in the bedroom because it would shut off and turn back on periodically and woke us up every time it turned on. Since we were in our own cottage, it was very quiet. Absolutely loved it, and we will definitely stay here again when we return.

We have stayed at several B&Bs in Eureka. This is one of the nicest and most private. We loved the breakfast delivery every morning versus getting ready and sitting with everyone when we only want to enjoy our downtime. The cottages are nicely decorated and clean. Some of the furniture that is antique or replica is not the most comfortable but it is pretty to look at. Also, the location is ideal to be close to restaurants and shopping. This property is managed by a couple who are on-site and seem to put alot of effort into this property and it shows.Unique experience.

I loved the atmosphere of the room. I spoke to Justin several times. He was very pleasent and nice to talk to. The room was Somewhat clean, bathroom floor around the toilet was sticky. And there was nothing to stir the coffee. The small table with the comment book was very wobbly, needs some glue. Otherwise, i would come back. Thank you.
