Rooms are very nice. You have to like extra firm mattresses, which we do, because they are like backboards. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is people smoking outside their rooms instead of away from the building because you cannot leave your door open for fresh air, smells like smoke.

Not sure about all rooms but our first room the heater did not work so we sent a text and was told to move to the room next door. Everything was done online via texting ncluding check in and check out. Both of these rooms looked nothing like the rooms in the photos so maybe we were stuck in old rooms because we had a special Expedia rate. Room difinitely were old but seemed mostly clean. Heaters and air conditioners old and quite noisy.

You definitely get what you pay for. I did find a couple bugs (dead and alive) in various places, including in one of the beds. But other than that, it seemed pretty clean. It was a good, cheap place to stay and gave us a comfortable bed to sleep on so it did the job!

We were on bikes and the staff was very hospitable offering rags to wipe our bikes down when we needed them or just anything we needed a bike parking area for them would be a huge improvement there weee several places to eat within walking distance

The check in was simple and quick, just pick up the key and go. The room was clean, the bed comfy; overall a good experience if you're looking for an affordable stay in Eureka. Only one small suggestion would be to leave the WiFi password displayed somewhere in the room. Otherwise, not bad, not bad at all.

Overall it was great! The beds were a little hard for my personal preference, but the room was clean, everything waa functional, and the staff was super friendly and nice. Within minutes from great attractions and restaurants and downtown eureka springs.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was updated, though you can hear your neighbors easily. The bed was a memory foam bed and it was so comfortable to us. We got a great nights sleep! The motel was close to downtown and easy to find. The only thing I had a 'problem' with was on the pictures, they showed a cute little outdoor seating area which I didn't find on the property. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Relaxing and rejuvenating stay!

My stay at Candlewick was rejuvenating and delightful. The owners and staff are extremely hospitable and gracious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the Jacuzzi tub was new, very clean and luxurious. The grounds are sereen and beautiful and the price is amazing

The hotel room itself was nice. The decor was nice, the bed was comfortable. My husband didn’t like how noisy the AC was but I’m ADHD and I need noise to be able to sleep. I put out the sign for maid service and the maid never came so I had to find her to request more towels. It was in the cheaper end of the hotels around. We had a room that had a connecting room and I could hear everything going on in the connecting room when I was trying to sleep. 4/10
