Loved the ambience, jacuzzi tub, guitar in the parlor (which I play), in suite extras & their Breakfast! Amber said she was fixing pancakes, OMG, she made blueberry pancakes all fluffy, light eggs made from air, crispy bacon in the air fryer & the best coffee & juice. Loved our stay! Only drawback they have stairs into main floor & another set into dining area, but worth it (& Eureka Springs is on a hill)
Beautiful home! We unfortunately had to leave earlier than expected due to a flight change and missed out on the wonderful smelling breakfast! Amber was very friendly and helpful and the other gal there was also very friendly. We would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in that neck of the woods again! Thank you! From: Amber and Anthony from Sacramento, CA.
Easy parking and good location. Walkable to venues in the historic district. The daily breakfast was very good and the room was large and comfortable. Staff and owner were both very personable. We would definitely stay here again.
Really enjoyed our visit and the home. Keep in mind most things in Eureka Springs will be multilevel with stairs to climb. Breakfast was good and plentiful!
Great town to visit.
Perfect stay in Eureka Springs. This B&B was a historic house so very unique. Must be able to climb stairs depending on which room you stay in. Bed was very comfortable , convenient to the downtown area but also a trolley stop right down the block . Wonderful breakfast each morning. We would stay here again.
Bed and room were extremely comfy and clean, close walk to everything but in a super quiet area. The host was amazing, made a wonderful breakfast, and was excellent company. I travel a lot and haven’t slept so well in a bed that wasn’t mine in a long while. Highly recommend!
There’s a TV in the room that you can’t see in the pictures. Parking was easy and downtown was easy to walk to as long as you are in decent shape! Breakfast was fantastic!!!
The owner was so nice and cooked delicious breakfasts. The rooms were nicely decorated and house was close to town to walk but the trolley did go right by the house if you didn't want to walk.
Amber was so accommodating and such a genuine hostess. The room was comfortable and luxurious, and breakfast was delicious. The whole thing felt like a luxury experience.

The friendliness of staff was amazing. The food was great, made from fresh everyday. Will stay here again.
Love the BnB and the breakfast was super. The owner was kind, friendly and made one hell of a breakfast.
I would stay again and would definitely recommend.
The room exceeded my expectations. The host Amber was a source of knowlege and so friendly. The breakfast was really good. Highly recommend this property and will definitely try to stay again this coming year.
We absolutely loved this B&B! The owner and housekeeper were wonderful people, the room beautiful and the antiques and history of this property made it a perfect place for us.
Super cute stay! The owners are incredibly sweet and the inn is conveniently located within walking distance of Eureka Springs' Historic District. We loved chatting with everyone during our breakfast and look forward to returning!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I had the best stay at this cozy little B&B. Amber was so kind and accommodating when I couldn't check in until 10 PM, then she stayed with me and talked to me about all the things going on over the weekend and some great places to explore.
The room was clean and just super cozy. The Jacuzzi was perfect. I missed breakfast both mornings and they were very understanding. I cannot wait to stay here again and catch breakfast next time!
Good location, but it is a long walk to the main downtown street. Friendly staff/owner and home cooked breakfast. Overall, pleasant and comfortable, but could use a refresh(lots of random artificial flowers, etc)
