The check in was through an offsite kiosk, very impersonal. The location was very noisy & its not in the best part of town. The beds were hard and the room had a bit of a funk to it. We didn't even stay our second night. We moved to another motel.

There were no employees at the property. Computer kiosk only. There were bad smells and transients doing drugs on the property. The pictures online were misleading. This is not a safe place for you or your family. This place should be shut down or investigated. Expedia should not promote or back this property.

The facility was easy to find. Parking on the ground floor is somewhat tight. Second floor accommodations were good, very quiet and comfortable. Check-in was via a remote workdesk and was actually quite novel and very efficient. Good price for the room and close to the downtown location where the event we were attending was held.

Check-in was over a computer terminal and monitor with a clerk, no actual live person. Hotel was cheap and you get what you pay for, got the jacuzzi tub room (don't waste your money), it didn't work, room looked run down, bed was not comfy, had a musty smell.
