Had a later check in then originally expected. Manager made it convenient for us and even made accommodations for an extra bed at the last minute. Couldn’t have had a more perfect check in. The continental breakfast was very enjoyable, thank you . We fell in love with the historical town of Ferndale !

Excellent customer service.

The owner is all about making sure you’re comfortable. Very accommodating and serves up delicious coffee and muffins! We were pleasantly impressed by the Victorian Inn and Ferndale. We would definitely stay here again.

We did not know it was a motel. The pictures online showed a hotel. We were given a room in between a staff occupied “office” and the laundry room. The outside light shined inside our bedroom. People walked in and out of the “office” until after 11pm. Since it was a motel, traffic was very loud. I never would have booked the room if I had known it was a motel.

The location was good, the area was safe and downtown was right around the corner. It was a little noisy at night with traffic (large trucks) but overall a very quaint and beautiful town.

When visiting Ferndale I generally stay here. It's got a good location, walking distance to just about anywhere in town, clean and wholesome.

The room was perfect. I enjoyed my stay so much. I drove the 10 min drive out to Centerville Beach. It was wonderful. Check in was easy and complementary breakfast was great. Plenty of parking and friendly helpful staff. Ferndale itself is a wonderful victorian town with quaint shops and resturants. I give it a 5 star review!
