Loved the suite we rented. Having a special needs son and a service dog, as well as a terminally ill husband, it was nice to have separate rooms in the hotel room space. It gave my son time to decompress and my husband a spot to get plenty of rest. The staff was also kind when I requested another set of clean bedding almost at midnight. The room was clean and area was quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean. The staff was nice. The bed was OK for one night, no water and Kleenex in the room. The hairdryer wasn’t working and the breakfast was terrible. We were like 40 people in a little room with only one toaster that every time somebody use it you have to wait five minutes for the toaster to work again I ever repeat Breakfast was a terrible experience.

The site manager Ray was helpful and served the basic breakfast. Very Nice person. Always smiling. Unfortunately he had no authority on check in. It was controlled by an AI is a far off place that does not employ US workers. When I walked into the lobby I was confused to find NO FRONT DESK STAFF. Just an ATM like device that was very difficult to use for a senior ADA customer. Some AI phony person came up on the screen and tried to guide me through the check in process. I finally knocked on the Manager door and they provided me some help on how to use the user hostile machine. Go back to the drawing board. If this is the future of Wyndham properties. I will be going elsewhere that are not chain properties.
