Been staying here for decades for business. It is my go to for several reasons. 1) never had any issue with my car in the parking lot, 2) very reasonable price 3) hot tub and pools have always been working 4) grocery and restaurants are close.

The breakfast & staff working there are amazing! Always fresh lemon infused ice water, a hot breakfast that leaves you fulfilled & ready to hike the redwoods. Usually we stay at the Hilton or Hyatt but Comfort inn was impressive where it mattered, cleanliness & amenities. If wanting to be close to the redwoods, this would be our repeat choice & highly recommended.

Parking was plentiful, the rooms were clean and the bathroom smelled strongly of bleach. The included breakfast was decent but limited seating in a small space. It was only 7 min from Cal Poly Humboldt.
