It was clean and the housekeeping was immaculate. Unfortunately there was a giant tow truck in the parking lot for like 2 hours, making a lot of noise. Overall I slept well and everything was great.

Very cute rooms. The beds were comfortable, the room had everything you would need including a cook top. The street noise can be loud at times. Cute little place just blocks from shops and restaurants.

The room(s) were clean and close to the downtown area. Parking was good and the only complaint I could have is that the area around it was a little on the sketchy side. It is close to a co-op grocery store, the bay and lots of shops to explore. This isn’t a luxury hotel but it was comfortable and clean.

I’m not sure but I think I’m allergic to the bedding, or maybe what it was washed with. I itched all over most of the night and when I finally did fall asleep, I woke up and my whole face was swollen and puffy. Also, there was an old used coffee pack in the coffee pot. The staff was super friendly, but talking to the computer person instead of the actual real life person was a little weird and sometimes hard to understand.

We are elderly so carrying our bags up the stairs to our room was not ideal but other than that there is not one complaint about the beautiful room we stayed in. It was obviously just completely renovated and they did a fabulous job with it! I would have liked a comfortable chair to read in but the bed was great and the lighting was excellent! I great stay for the money. Be prepared for a video check in. The wave of the future??? I hope not!
