everything reeked of smoke, the smoke residue dripping down the walls in bathroom in the non smoke room was a nice touch

The room appeared clean, however the bathroom floor was incredibly slippery as was the shower floor, and I almost fell twice getting in.
The public bathrooms were filthy on the main floor, and there was only one staff checking people in which made my check-in take 15 minutes.
The bed was very comfortable and the area was safe and quiet.

Freezing cold hallways, bathroom vanity light didn’t work, bathroom sink drain was very slow, breakfast was not as good as other places.
