Great location and I appreciated being given a ground floor room on the end near the dog lawn as I had my small dog with me. Little shop for supplies was helpful, breakfast was ok but they need to get plug-in hot water heaters as the water was always lukewarm for tea. Staff were helpful and cheerful. I would stay again as it was an overall pleasant experience.

The room was clean. My room did need some minor repairs which I notified the front desk on leaving. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard as you will find with most chain hotels. I personally would like to see a more upscale breakfast like the ones the Residence Inn used to provide. The location is very nice as it is just across the street from the Wilamette River and walking trails.

I really enjoyed everything about the property, the breakfast was fantastic, very clean, easy to park, right across the street from the river walk and a restaurant thats on the river. The only downside is it is near some busy roads so I would hear cars until late into the night. They have a fan option on the AC so I turned that on and that did drown out the noise from the cars.
