The hotel was all around great. It was close enough to walk to the stadium (1.1 miles) and safe with the crowd. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids and the breakfast was very good. Rooms were comfortable, quiet and felt very clean. Great place to stay.

Very centrally located to shopping and nearby restaurants really love the Thai place downstairs. Sky bar was cool too! Didn’t eat breakfast, but the buffet seemed very generous and creative noticed a little dust on top of the ice bucket… other than that everything was great!

We stayed at the Hyatt for 2 nights, arriving after midnight. The front desk attendant was there to greet us and was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, although already a little picked over with still one hour left. The gym was also nice, with plenty of machines and weights. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

The room was clean and front desk personnel were nice and helpful. The hotel is right behind the strip mall, which is convenient. We stayed 2 nights. We had higher floor double beds room with a sofa bed for 5 people. For some reasons, on both days, there were only 4 sets of towel instead of 5. Another issue was the beds, they were too soft that wouldn’t support our back.

And the kids had a great time. Parking was pretty simple, garage, elevator, etc. very conveniently located near shops and food. The staff was friendly. Why only issue was Skye advertise however, apparently that’s an old sign at the Skye bar 3 PM no Starbucks coffee there.

We had a great stay overall. The hotel was very clean, located in a good area, and the staff was both welcoming and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. The atmosphere felt comfortable and well maintained, and we appreciated how helpful everyone was. For anyone traveling with pets, just note that there is a $100 pet fee. Other than that, it was a very positive experience and we would stay here again
